This section includes the General Conditions of Sale that are established between Fusion Lab, SL (hereinafter, Esdetrekking) and natural or legal persons who wish to purchase products through the online store hosted in the domain Esdetrekking.com.

1. Ownership

2. Object of the portal

The Esdetrekking portal aims to sell the items offered in the online store to partners.

This sale will be made according to the prices and conditions indicated on the website, which the partner must accept in its entirety when registering their data in the portal to access the contents, and to formalize their orders.

3. Partner Registration

The possibility of making purchases in the Esdetrekking online store implies the need to register as a partner.

5. Invitations

Esdetrekking authorizes its partners to invite their friends, family and acquaintances to register on the portal, without any economic consideration of any kind by the company.

The links to other pages that includes the portal of Esdetrekking are offered only for information. Esdetrekking is not responsible for the contents, services or products offered from these links.

7. Prices

The prices applicable to each purchase are only those indicated on the website at the time the order is placed.

The prices of the items that are for sale in Esdetrekking include VAT and all applicable taxes in Spain. At the price listed in the online store for the product, we will add shipping costs.

These expenses depend on the rates of other companies and are always indicated separately before the order is placed, so that the partners can know them before confirming their purchase.

10. Record of transactions

Esdetrekking maintains a computerized record of all transactions (orders, cancellations, returns, invoicing, etc.) made with its partners.

11. Payment

Payment of purchases made at Esdetrekking is made only by credit or debit cards accepted by the payment gateway available in the portal's online store and through the PayPal payment system.

The purchase amount will be charged to the bank account linked to the member's card within 24 hours. In case the bank refuses payment, the customer will be informed by e-mail and the order will be canceled.

The products will remain the property of the supplier of Esdetrekking until the partner satisfies the payment in full of the indicated price.

No deferred, installment, repayment, giro or check payments, or any other system other than the payment gateway via card or the PayPal payment system are allowed.

12. Incidents of payment

The verification of the bank details indicated by the partners is the responsibility of the collaborating financial entity of Esdetrekking (La Caixa and Adyen) or the system of PayPal Payments.

In the event that a purchase is improperly charged to a partner, it may require the cancellation and reimbursement of the charge, which will be carried out provided that it is proven that it has not actually made the order nor has it been due to negligence in the custody of the keys. 13. Security

The banking data is managed exclusively by the bank that provides the payment gateway, which guarantees its security. Esdetrekking does not know, nor does it collect, the data on the cards of the partners that make purchases .

In order to guarantee the security of our partners, Esdetrekking reserves the right to request additional documentation relating to a purchase made by credit / debit card or other means.

The lack of any requested document or failure to comply with the security protocol will cause the order to be canceled and the amount of the order refunded to the same account and by the same route for which the payment was made.

14. Invoice

After paying your order, the partner will receive a receipt sent by email, with the data entered in the section Personal data .

In case of requesting an invoice, the partner can request it by contacting the Customer Service department.

Changes or modifications to receipts that are caused by errors made by the partner when entering your data at registration are not allowed. The partner can modify this data at any time by accessing the section Personal data .

15. Availability

Upon receipt of an order form from a partner, Esdetrekking requests the corresponding supplier. Although Esdetrekking tries to keep its inventory as updated as possible from the information provided by its suppliers, it is sometimes possible that the requested product is not available.

Whenever possible, Esdetrekking will propose to the partner to replace the requested article with one of similar characteristics. The partner may reject this possibility and cancel the order of the requested article that is not available.

16. Cancellations

At any time before finally confirming the purchase, the partner can go back or leave the page and your order will not be effective.

The member can also cancel the articles of an order by removing them from the shopping cart, before confirming his order.

Once confirmed the purchase, by means of the corresponding e-mail message no cancellation or modification of order will be accepted . This is because our standard delivery time is 24 hours so at the moment of confirmation, your order begins to be managed. In any case, contact the customer service department and we will try to stop the order whenever possible.

17. Shipping of products

All campaigns in Esdetrekking have a standard delivery time of 24 hours. Sometimes the delivery time may be 1 week in some campaigns but will always be indicated before the purchase process.

Delivery in 24 hours:

-Payments in Peninsula:: Delivery in 24 hours (working days) for orders placed before 15:00 via delivery to Home 
- Orders in Baleares: Delivery in 48 hours (working days) for orders placed before 15:00 via delivery to Home. 
-Payments via Post: Delivery in 72 hours.

Esdetrekking will inform you of the delivery time when you formalize your purchase and the status of shipment can be consulted at any time, from the Orders section.

If the order combines different campaigns, the delivery period will be established from the end date of the last campaign.

Esdetrekking only makes shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Baleares) and Portugal. For logistical and cost reasons, orders will not be accepted to Ceuta, Melilla or any other country.

18. Incidents in deliveries

Absence of the recipient 
In case of absence of the consignee of the shipment, the company in charge of the distribution will leave a notice with a telephone number, to which the member must call to arrange a new delivery date.

The repeated absence of the recipient in the successive attempts of delivery may cause the return of the package to Esdetrekking according to the general conditions of the transport company. In this case, the partner must re-request the shipment to Esdetrekking and pay again the shipping costs.

Wrong shipments 
The partner, or the person who gives the authority to collect the consignment consigned in his name, is responsible for checking that the package received corresponds to the order made, and to make the appropriate claims within a maximum period of 14 working days from delivery.

Impaired Shipments 
If the package arrives open or is damaged in a way that affects the content, the partner must claim before the transport company within a maximum period of 14 working days from delivery.

Delivery delay 
In the event that the final delivery date indicated in the purchase confirmation exceeds 72 hours of delay, the member will have the right to cancel the order and the refund of the purchase amount, plus shipping costs, by the established procedure In the section Returns of these General Conditions of Sale, except in cases of force majeure.

In case of orders that include multiple articles, it is possible that the delivery of the articles is done several times, without this entitling a claim by the partner, provided that the maximum period is not exceeded.

Loss of shipments 
In case of loss of the package attributable to the transport company, once verified this responsibility, the partners will have the right to request to Esdetrekking a new shipment of the same characteristics, or the return of the money.

19. Changes

Since Esdetrekking' offers refer to very limited inventories, product changes are not accepted.

20. Returns

Once your order has been received, the member has the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the indicated address.

21. Refunds

Reimbursement of amounts due to cancellations or returns of orders will be made in the same bank account used by the partner to make the payment.

In the case of purchases made in whole or in part with discount vouchers, the amount will be refunded to the partner account as a new discount voucher.

The speed of the refund in the bank account of the partner will depend on the type of bank card you have used and the conditions of your bank.

22. Warranty

Esdetrekking periodically carries out conformity checks on the products of its suppliers, which are also selected for the quality of their products.

However, if the partner considers that a product that does not meet the conditions of quality and conformity can demand a return by the procedure specified in the section Returns of these General Conditions of Sale.

Esdetrekking offers its customers the possibility of making returns or exchanges for other similar items.

In case of defective product, Esdetrekking will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, which will be free of charge to the customer. Esdetrekking will respond of the lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years from the delivery. The customer must inform Esdetrekking of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

23. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

Esdetrekking reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions of Sale at any time and without previous notice. The new conditions will be published in the section of the Conditions of Sale website.

It is the responsibility of the partner to review the General Conditions of Sale at the time of placing your order. In case you do not agree with the changes that are introduced in the General Conditions of Sale, you must refrain from placing the order and cancel your membership account.

The formalization of an order supposes the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale in force at the moment of confirming the purchase.

24. Exclusion of responsibilities

Esdetrekking will not be liable in case of any of the following assumptions:

26. Applicable legislation
