How to make a return?

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it if you are not satisfied.

Exceptionally, orders made from BLACK FRIDAY 2019 and until the end of the year, have an extended return period until January 15 2020.

Just follow these instructions:

  1. Click on "My Account" in the menu that you will find at the top of the web. 
  2. Once you are in the section of your account click on the returns section.
  3. Here you can select the order that you have revived by clicking on "Enter".
  4. You will be presented with a list of all the products that you bought in the selected order and you will be able to choose the quantity of each one that you want to return. You can also select the pick up address and the time slot in which you wish to be transported.
  5. To finish the return click on "Continue". Then you can download a document that you must attach in the return package. This document will also be sent to you by email.
  6. Includes all the items we send you: 
    - Product to return. 
    - Bags, boxes, covers, protections, etc. 
    - The delivery note of the package. 
    - Return document. 

    IMPORTANT: The order must be correctly packed. Enter the product to be returned in the messenger packaging that we have sent or use a bag / box that can cover the product and its own packaging.

  7. Write or paste your partner data on the outside of the package. 
  8. Remember that your partner data must be used to place the order.
  9. A courier will come by your address to pick up the package.
  10. When we receive the package, we will check the status of the item.
  11. Finally, we will refund your money by subtracting the shipping costs if applicable.

PLEASE follow these instructions carefully to expedite the return.

We will not accept returns or changes after 30 days from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products that have not been shipped or packaged properly by shippers.

How to process a refund?

After requesting the return to our Customer Service department, you must carry your package properly wrapped and closed, clearly indicating your data and Esdetrekking data. When the merchant receives the refund will give you a receipt. The return charge will be deducted once we receive the package in our Esdetrekking store.

Returns must be made from the day after delivery of the product, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Is it compulsory to bring the return to the same post office where the package was delivered?

No, the admission of your return can be made at any Post office in Spain.

Return Conditions

The maximum period available to members to exercise the right to request a refund is thirty (30) calendar days.

Exceptionally for holidays, orders made as of November 21, 2016, have an extended return period until January 15, 2017. 

The period starts when the partner has received the requested product. In case of receiving an order in different shipments, the term starts from the delivery of the last one. 

The member may withdraw all or part of the purchase made within the established period. 

The partner will not have the right to desist in the following cases: 
- Creams, cosmetics and perfumes that had been unsealed by the partner. 

The partner has at his disposal a section in his account to make the returns through the web quickly and easily, choosing different shipping options. 

To accept a return the products must be properly packed.

The products to be returned must be inserted in the courier in which they have been received or in a similar format that can cover the product and its own packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging is damaged. 

The return or exchange of items that have been manipulated, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted.

In the return of the product must include all the items that have been sent: 
- Product to return. 
- Bags, boxes, covers, protections, etc. 
- The delivery note of the package. 

From the returns section, the partner can choose a preferred date and time for the collection of the package. This date and time are informative. If there are variations, the Customer Service department of Esdetrekking or the Messaging company, will contact the partner.

Esdetrekking is not responsible for the costs incurred to the partner for those returns of products and therefore the partner will assume the shipping costs for return. 

Unless the products have a different cost due to their particularity, the return costs in Esdetrekking are currently: 
€ 4.50 for shipping in Peninsula and Balearic Islands. At home and through the Post Office. 
If the return includes a product of a voluminous nature, the cost of the return must be consulted. 

The member will be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the returned product, in addition to the ordinary shipping costs (not including the difference of express shipments), as long as it complies with the return conditions.

The products must be in the same conditions in which they have been delivered, without being washed, damaged or unsealed (in the case of perfumes, creams and hair products).

Esdetrekking reserves the right not to make the refund in case it detects that the product purchased and returned does not match or does not comply with the conditions of sale.

Partial returns of orders will result in refunds of shipping and partial price.

Refunds by Esdetrekking will be obligatorily made through the same payment system used by the partner for the purchase of the product. The reimbursement term is 72 hours from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned product.

The term shall never exceed 30 calendar days. In case of choosing the option of payment by bank transfer, Esdetrekking will contact the partner to request the information necessary to make the return. 

In case of defective products or that do not correspond with the order placed, the partner will have the right to full refund of the price, delivery and return costs. 

If you prefer to send the return for your account, we will not discount the cost of the return and you can choose your own shipping method, always adding all the details of your order and following the return requirements.
